PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
NEW PARTS: Boulevard Auto provides a warranty for new parts for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
REMANUFACTURED PARTS: Remanufactured parts are provided with a 24-month or 24,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.
REBUILT PARTS: Boulevard Auto offers a warranty for rebuilt parts for up to 90 days.
ELECTRICAL PARTS: The warranty for electrical parts is also up to 90 days.
USED PARTS: There is no warranty provided for used parts.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS: The warranty does not apply to customer-supplied parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is honored at Boulevard Auto.
How to Obtain this Warranty
To claim warranty service, you must keep a copy of the original repair invoice and present it when seeking service. If warranty work is performed, you must temporarily surrender possession of the original repair invoice or a legible copy of it.
You must return your vehicle to Boulevard Auto for any warranty repairs.
Warranty may require proof of adhering to the recommended oil change interval determined via driving conditions and mileage on the odometer; Kept all receipts for maintenance products and services purchased; and or Checking fluids at fuel stops, especially engine oil.
This Warranty covers:
Air Conditioning, heating and climate control Systems. Brake System. Engine Cooling System. Electrical System, including the starting and charging systems. Engine Performance, drivability services, and repairs. Exhaust System. Fuel System. Ignition System. Electronic Engine Management System and onboard computer systems (Engine, body, brake, and suspension computers). Cruise Control. Steering/Suspension system, wheel bearings, CV Joints/U-joints. Other Minor Repairs.
Who Makes this Warranty
Boulevard Auto warrants that the repairs and services performed at their location will be free from defects in materials for 24 months or 24,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, measured from the date of the first repair and the odometer reading shown on the original repair invoice. Warranty repair costs shall not exceed the costs of the original repair or service. If there is a defect in either the materials within the warranty period, Boulevard Auto has the option to perform remedial service work at no charge to you, replace the defective warranted part(s) without charge to you, or refund the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the vehicle has been out of the buyer’s hands for warranty repairs. If a defect exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect is fixed.
What's not covered by this Warranty
Services that are not covered by this warranty include any non-warranty services that are ordered to be performed alongside warranty services. Additionally, this warranty will not apply to any damage to your vehicle that is caused by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or tampering by anyone other than Boulevard Auto employees. The employees and agents of the facility are not authorized to modify the terms of the warranty or make any additional promises beyond those stated in the warranty. The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, which are any additional expenses that may result from faulty repair or service. While some states do not allow for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
The warranty specifically excludes coverage for any heat-related brake issues, including but not limited to heat spots, warped rotors, and brake noise, real or perceived. It is important to note that brake pads and rotors have a break-in period of 400-500 miles, during which the brakes may squeak. The buyer should avoid heavy braking during this time.
Furthermore, repairs and services that are excluded from this warranty are any repairs or services that are not listed in the section titled "This Warranty Covers," even if the facility offers other services. Specifically excluded from coverage are any internal engine, transmission, clutch, or differential repairs, associated gaskets and seals, lubricants & fluids, or assembly replacement of the same. Auto body, paint, molding, glass repairs, tires (which have a separate warranty), and used parts are also excluded. This warrantee's coverage is limited to Boulevard Auto.
